How do I make my first call?
Download the teraCall app, sign up with your phone number, add a payment method (or claim your $2 bonus), and dial. International numbers should be entered with the country code.
Which countries can I call?
We support calls to over 200 destinations. Rates vary by country and carrier — see our rates page for the up-to-date list.
Is my call quality reliable?
Yes. We route calls through tier-1 carriers and use HD codecs whenever the destination supports them. If a call drops we automatically reconnect when possible.
How do mobile top-ups work?
Pick the country and carrier, enter the recipient's mobile number, choose the amount, and pay. The airtime is usually credited within seconds.
Can I get a refund?
Unused calling balance can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Mobile top-ups are non-refundable once they are delivered to the carrier.
How do I stop receiving marketing emails?
Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the header and footer. You can also write to info@teracalls.com to be removed.
